A beautiful spring day in the Flathead Valley made for plenty of smiles and low scores today. Jess Roper and his wonderful team at Village Greens GC in Kalispell hosted today’s event to kick off our first May Pro Am.
Today’s team format was a fun 2 Net Stableford. David Owens and his group from the Bitterroot Valley tallied 92 points to earn top prize money. Dane Thorman of Iron Horse GC and his team finished shortly behind at 90 points while Greg Morris and Brian Grosswiler’s teams tied for 3rd with 89 Stableford points.
Scott Grosswiler playing out of Northern Pines GC carded 5 birdies on the day in route to 39 total points to claim Low Amateur. Pat Nowlen of Polson Bay GC also kept a very clean scorecard to win our amateur Net division.
