Pro-Am Tee Time & Registration Policy
1. Tee Time Booking (MemberSports)
Booking opens one month prior to each event at 9:00 AM.
- 17th of the month: PGA Members
- 18th of the month: Associates
- Priority: Host Pros, Sponsors, and Staff receive early access.
- Limit: ONE team per Professional.
- Access: Sheets are LIVE via MemberSports. No manual waitlists.
2. Team Registration (Golf Genius)
Once a tee time is secured, you must register your team via golf genius.
- Registration: Links for all Tournaments are provided above ^
- Deadline: Thursday @ 11:59 PM (3 days prior to event).
- Pro-Am Entry Fees: Pro entry Fee $60/event & Amateurs $85/event
- Incomplete Teams: Enter “TBD” for names and “999” for GHIN to meet the deadline.
- To Edit Your Team: Select “New Registration” >Enter Last Name/PGA# > Click “Your Registration” to update details.
3. Cancellations & Penalties
- Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday at 11:59 PM prior to the event via MemberSports.
- Responsibility: Professionals are 100% responsible for all bookings, edits, and cancellations.
- Fines/Suspension: Failure to meet any deadline above is subject to Board-determined penalties.
